Buy A Domain Name & Some Hosting Space for start a new blog.
To start blogging and make money for long-term names and website setup purposes if you plan to do this whole blogging deal in a serious venture, I very strongly recommend signing up for a formal domain name and choose a paid web hosting service sooner than later.

1. Register A Domain Name
Go with GoDaddy.com or enom.com for your domain registration needs, if you want to go with the service that most people currently use. GoDaddy is a very popular choice for registrar bloggers just starting out.

2. Buy Some Hosting Space
Godaddy also a web host sell company but personally I like Hostgator service. They are more valuable company in hosting service area.
So I can give you little suggest to buy hosting space from hostgator.com.

When your domain registration and Host space has been finished, you are ready to start blogging to install a CMS like wordpress.

Here I also strongly recommended install WordPress. Because WordPress is the best valuable CMS to blogging platform. It is easy to reorganize and start to blogging. WordPress gives you a nice and enjoyable platform to doing blog.

I love WordPress.

3. Install WordPress
How to install wordpress?
It is very easy way. You can install wordpress from your hosting Control panel just 1 click. You can use fantastico software to install wordpress just click one.
Otherwise you need to more work.
At first you need to download wordpress latest version from WordPress.org site. After than you need upload all files in your hosing place via any FTP.
Here, I can suggest you to use FileZilla. It is very easy and reliable. Personally I use this FTP.

After than, you need create a MySQL database in your hosting Cpanel to use MySQL wizard.

After write in a new window just http://www.yourdomainname.com and enter.

You see a new page, serve your database name and password.

Click install.

After some times, wordpress is ready to use.

Write a new window just http://www.yourdomainname.com/wp-admin

Write your user name and password.

Enter.

You get your WordPress dashboard. From here you can rewrite your site, add new theme, add plugging and change look.

4. Start Blooging
Now start your blogging. Write post as a blog for your visitors. Write and write. After posting 100 post in your site, you can apply for any advertisement like Google Adsense or any CPC or others.

5. To start Earning From Your Blog
Blogging should always be a work in progress. You should always be adapting and finding ways to make existing things better. Even after you have started to generate traffic and create a group of readers, you should be constantly trying to figure out ways to increase that traffic and tweak the performance of your sales talk. Strategic Google Adsense placement, targeted blog titles, and better search engine optimization updates ways to increase your income and traffic.
